I wanted to find out how long it takes to cook the nice bit of organically raised beef recently obtained from the Farmer's Market*.Google thinks I should go out and do something less boring instead:

Yeah, the manipulative swine. They say the media doesn't influence people, but after seeing that advert I developed a strong urge to drive up to a nearby picnic site and meet with Ron Davies. To check out the baby badgers, obviously.
I fought it, though, so meat wise - 55 mins/kilo at 200 degrees, plus 25, plus 15 mins standing (don't like it rare). It was fantastic.
