DVD review - Old Boy
Korean take on the revenge story with added far Eastern wierdness, a twist borrowed from a famous Greek tragedy and some cracking cartoon-style fight scenes. Some impressive nastiness, but I'd been led to believe it was harsher than Baise Moi. It's not.

I agree, Old Boy is pure quality - I haven't seen Baise Moi though - intriguing.
Baise Moi is about as harsh a film as you can see - it's like an X-rated Thelma and Louise with added unsimulated (and at times horrific) sex. And it's in French.
